Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our website or engaging our services. By accessing this website or signing a service agreement with AfterHour Nursing Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, which govern our relationship with you.
1. Definitions
“Business,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to AfterHour Disability & Age Care.
“Participant,” “Client,” “You,” or “Your” refers to the individual receiving care, or the family member, guardian, or coordinator acting on their behalf.
“Services” refers to Disability Support, Home Care Support, Aged Care, and Community Support provided by our team.
2. Use of Our Website
The content on this website is for your general information and professional use only. It is subject to change without notice.
Unauthorized use of this website, including data scraping or malicious code injection, may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
3. Service Agreements & NDIS Compliance
Before formal services begin, a separate, legally binding Service Agreement will be co-created and signed by you (or your representative) and a representative of AfterHour Disability & Age Care.
Our Service Agreements clearly outline the schedule of supports, specific care tasks, hourly NDIS pricing rates, travel costs, and the responsibilities of both parties.
All services are delivered in strict alignment with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines and Australian Consumer Law.
4. Fees, Invoicing & Payments
Fees for our services are charged in accordance with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (where applicable).
Invoices are issued according to the payment preferences established during your intake process (e.g., Agency Managed, Plan Managed, or Self-Managed).
Payment terms are specified on our formal invoices. Overdue payments may result in a temporary suspension of services until the balance is resolved.
5. Cancellations and Changes to Bookings
We understand that life changes. However, consistency is vital for our dedicated care professionals.
Our specific cancellation policy—including the required notice periods and applicable short-notice cancellation fees—is strictly governed by current NDIS guidelines and detailed explicitly inside your individual Service Agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, AfterHour Disability & Age Care will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or any minor service modifications requested by the participant.
While we thoroughly vet, screen, and train every member of our staff, the business acts responsively to client choices under the principle of Choice and Control.
